行业协会参与校企文化融合的机理与路径

摘要 行业协会以信息分享、资源管理以及协调服务的形式参与校企文化融合建设,其基本价值在于实现各方主体文化间求同存异最大化。文化融合的实质是网络化文化机制的建构,以行业协会引导,形成从精神、物质、制度、行为四个层面都贯穿技术文化特征的网络化机制。从当前行业协会参与职业教育的基本方式发现,行业协会参与校企文化融合存在法律体系不完善、参与机制不健全、校企双方主体配合不密切等问题。针对这些问题,实现行业协会参与校企文化融合,应推进行业协会参与法律法规建设、加强融合平台建设、深化融合项目建设。 The industry association participates in the construction of school-enterprise cultural integration in the form of information sharing,resource management and coordination services.Its basic value lies in the realization of maximum seeking common ground while reserving differences between the subject cultures of all parties.The essence of cultural integration is the construction of networked cultural mechanism,which is guided by industry associations and forms a networked mechanism that runs through technical and cultural characteristics from four levels:spirit,material,system and behavior.From the current basic ways of industry associations participating in vocational education,it is found that there are some problems in the integration of school-enterprise culture,such as imperfect legal system,imperfect participation mechanism,and inadequate cooperation between school and enterprise.To realize the participation of industry associations in school-enterprise cultural integration,it is necessary to promote industry associations to participate in the construction of laws and regulations,strengthen the construction of integration platforms,and deepen the construction of integration projects.
