摘要
体育运动作为一种贯穿幼儿期至成年期的活动,对个体的认知功能具有持续的积极影响,不仅体现出了体育运动多方面的健康效益,还为运动干预注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)提供了坚实的生理学依据。虽然多项研究已涉及体育运动与ADHD儿童工作记忆的关系,但关于运动干预的实际效果仍存在争议。这一现象可能源于现有研究多将工作记忆作为整体进行分析,而未深入探讨其具体维度的干预效果。此外,运动类型可能是影响工作记忆变化的关键因素,但目前鲜有研究对不同运动方式对ADHD儿童工作记忆的干预效果进行系统比较。本文首先采用传统Meta分析方法,对运动与ADHD儿童工作记忆及其不同维度的关系进行定量整合和综合分析。其次,运用网状Meta分析方法,对比不同运动方式对ADHD儿童空间工作记忆与言语工作记忆的相对干预效果。研究结果为ADHD患儿的干预方案优化及科学选择提供理论依据和实践指导。
As an activity spanning from early childhood to adulthood,sports have a continuous positive impact on individual cognitive function.This not only reflects the health benefits of sports in multiple aspects but also provides a solid physiological basis for exercise intervention in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Although numerous studies have explored the relationship between physical activity and working memory in children with ADHD,the actual effect of exercise intervention remains controversial.This phenomenon may stem from the fact that most existing studies analyze working memory as a whole,without further investigating the intervention effect on its specific dimensions.Additionally,exercise type may be a key factor influencing changes in working memory,yet there are few studies that have conducted n systematic comparison of the effects of different exercise modes on working memory in children with ADHD.This study first employs traditional metaanalysis to quantitatively integrate and comprehensively analyze the relationship between exercise and working memory(including its different dimensions)in children with ADHD.Secondly,it uses network meta-analysis to 1671 compare the relative intervention effects of different exercise modes on visual working memory and verbal working memory in children with ADHD.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the optimization and scientific selection of intervention programs for children with ADHD.
