摘要
虚拟仿真技术作为一种创新性教学形式,具有交互性、逼真性强等特点,将其引入本科课程的实验实践教学,可以有效推动实践教学改革与创新的发展。以“云南高原特色鲜花饼生产”虚拟仿真实验教学项目为例,阐述了鲜花饼生产实践教学中存在的问题及教学改革的必要性,并从鲜花饼生产虚拟仿真实验的实用性、教学设计的合理性、虚拟仿真实验平台的架构、实验系统的先进性以及实施效果等方面进行了探讨。通过虚拟仿真技术的应用,强化实验效果,提升学生的实践和创新能力。
As an innovative teaching form,virtual simulation technology has the characteristics of interaction and verisimilitude,and its introduction into the experimental practice teaching of undergraduate courses can effectively promote the reform and innovation of practical teaching.Taking“Yunnan plateau characteristic flower cake production”virtual simulation experiment teaching project as an example,this paper expounds the existing problems in flower cake production practice teaching and the necessity of teaching reform,and discusses the practicability of flower cake production virtual simulation experiment,the rationality of teaching design,the framework of virtual simulation experiment platform,the advanced nature of experiment system and the implementation effect.Through the application of virtual simulation technology,the experimental effect is strengthened,and the practical and innovative ability of students is improved.
