摘要
针对食品工程类课程实验教学中存在设备短缺、实验设备原理难理解、实验场地受限等问题,将虚拟仿真技术引入实验教学,充分发挥虚拟仿真实验生动、安全、直观等优势,有效地改善了该类课程存在的问题。以绥化学院食品与制药工程学院为例,主要阐述虚拟仿真技术在食品专业工程类课程中的应用优势、实验教学平台的构建、在实验教学中的应用以及效益。通过对虚拟仿真实验教学模式的探索,激发了学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高了教学质量,培养了学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。
In view of the problems existing in the experimental teaching of food engineering courses,such as the shortage of equipment,the difficulty in understanding the principle of experimental equipment,and the limited experimental site,virtual simulation technology was introduced into experimental teaching to give full play to virtual simulation experiment advantages of being vivid,safe,and intuitive,and effectively improved the problems existing in these courses.Taking the school of food and pharmaceutical engineering of Suihua University as example,this paper mainly expounds the advantages of food virtual simulation technology in food professional engineering courses,the construction of the experimental teaching platform,the application in experimental teaching and the benefit.The exploration of virtual simulation experimental teaching mode,stimulated students enthusiasm and initiative in learning,improved teaching quality,and cultivated students engineering practice ability and innovation ability.
