原子荧光仪测定党参粉中砷含量不确定度评定

Uncertainty evaluation of arsenic content in Codonopsis pilosula powder by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy

摘要 采用原子荧光光谱法测定党参粉中的砷元素含量,并系统评定其测量不确定度。通过构建测量模型,分析不确定度来源,对各输入量的标准不确定度进行逐项评定与合成,最终确定被测量的扩展不确定度。结果表明,在给定置信水平下,砷含量的扩展不确定度为0.027 mg/kg,为该方法的测量可靠性提供了量化依据。 The arsenic content in Codonopsis pilosula powder was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the measurement uncertainty of the result was systematically evaluated.By constructing a measurement model,analyzing the sources of uncertainty,and conducting item-by-item assessment and synthesis of the standard uncertainties of each input quantity,the expanded uncertainty of the measured quantity is ultimately determined.The results show that,at the given confidence level,the expanded uncertainty of arsenic content is 0.027 mg/kg,providing a quantitative basis for the measurement reliability of this method.
