摘要
本文利用石墨消解,建立了原子荧光(AFS)法测定污水处理厂污泥中锑含量的方法。采用王水(1+1)溶液在石墨消解下对样品进行前处理,确定了最佳酸消解比例,通过优化,确定了原子荧光仪测定锑的最佳工作条件:还原剂硼氢化钾溶液质量浓度为20 g/L、载流溶液为体积分数10%盐酸溶液。锑质量浓度在0.0~20.0μg/L的范围内,线性相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.008 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.7%~5.7%,加标回收率为91%~111%。方法的检出限低、精密度好、准确度高,操作简单,快速高效,适用于批量污水处理厂污泥中锑的检测。
This article uses graphite digestion to establish an atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)method for determining the antimony content in sewage treatment plant sludge.The sample was pretreated with aqua regia(1+1)solution under graphite digestion,and the optimal acid digestion ratio was determined.The optimal working conditions for the determination of antimony by atomic fluorescence spectrometer were determined by optimizing:the mass concentration of reducing agent potassium borohydride solution was 20 g/L,and the carrier solution was 10%hydrochloric acid solution(volume fraction).The quality concentration of antimony is in the range of 0.0~20.0μg/L,with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999,a method detection limit of 0.008 mg/kg,a relative standard deviation of 2.7%~5.7%,and a spiked recovery rate of 91%~111%.The method has low detection limit,good precision,high accuracy,simple operation,fast and efficient,and is suitable for the detection of antimony in bulk sewage plant sludge.
