摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)因其灵敏度高、检测限低和多元素同步测定能力,在食品中重金属元素检测领域得到了广泛应用。本文系统阐述了ICPMS的基本原理与仪器结构,重点探讨了样品前处理、仪器参数优化、干扰及其消除等技术要点,旨在为食品安全监测提供技术参考,以期促进ICP-MS在食品检测领域的进一步发展。
Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has been widely used in the detection of heavy metal elements in food due to its high sensitivity,low detection limit and multi-element simultaneous determination capability.This paper systematically explains the basic principles and instrument structure of ICPMS,focusing on key technical points such as sample pretreatment,instrument parameter optimization,interference and its elimination,aiming to provide technical reference for food safety monitoring,in order to promote the further development of ICP-MS in the field of food testing.
