洪泛湿地韧性状态评估指标体系构建研究

摘要 洪泛湿地韧性对水资源、水环境、水生态和水安全具有重要保障作用,构建洪泛湿地韧性状态评估指标体系,有助于系统地反映湿地整体韧性的状态,使得在制定洪泛湿地保护策略及可持续发展规划等方面更为精准有效。基于文献可视化分析对洪泛湿地韧性内涵予以明确,采用TCI模型结合相关性分析、随机森林重要度分析、专家咨询等方法构建了洪泛湿地韧性状态指标体系。结果表明,生态韧性内涵可总结为“抵抗力-恢复力-适应力”,构建的指标体系包含“人口密度”等15项指标,其中抵抗力、恢复力与适应力均为5项指标,信息贡献率为91.67%,能够准确反映洪泛湿地的韧性状态,为洪泛韧性湿地构建提供理论依据和方法支撑。 The resilience of flooded wetlands plays an important role in guaranteeing water resources,water environ-ment,water ecology and water security.The construction of the resilience assessment index system of flooded wetlands helps to systematically reflect the overall resilience of wetlands,and makes the formulation of flood wetland protection strategies and sustainable development planning more accurate and effective.Based on literature visualization analysis,the connotation of resilience of flooded wetlands was defined.The TCI model combined with correlation analysis,random for-est importance analysis,expert consultation and other methods were used to construct resilience state index system of flooded wetlands.The results show that the connotation of ecological resilience can be summarized as"resistance-resili-ence-adaptability".The constructed index system includes 15 indicators such as"population density",among which re-sistance,resilience and adaptability are all 5 indicators,and the information contribution rate is 91.67%,which can accu-rately reflect the resilience state of flooded wetlands.Thus,it provides theoretical basis and method support for the con-struction of flood wetland toughness.
