摘要
知识产权金融将知识产权和金融有机融合,为知识产权转化带来了一条新的路径,但也给知识产权金融管理带来了新挑战。在应对这些挑战的过程中,大数据思维在识别知识产权金融风险方面有着明显优势。通过对知识产权金融风险点与成因分析,建立22个知识产权金融风险影响指标,建构知识产权金融风险评价指标体系。为验证模型的可行性,随机模拟出22×8数据矩阵,依托信息贡献率对指标降维、赋权,再运用Matlab建立云模型确定知识产权金融风险指标评价风险等级,实现数据由定量到定性再到可视化的转变。从大数据对建设知识产权金融体系、形成知识产权定价机制、防控金融风险全程全方位等方面,提出对知识产权金融健康发展与风险预防的愿景。
Intellectual property finance organically integrates intellectual property rights with finance,providing a new path for the transformation of intellectual property rights.However,it also brings challenges to the management of intellectual property finance.In the process of addressing these challenges,the big data mindset has distinct advantages in identifying intellectual property financial risks.By analyzing the risk points and causes of intellectual property finance,22 impact indicators for intellectual property financial risks were established,and an evaluation index system for intellectual property financial risks was constructed.To verify the feasibility of the model,a 22×8 data matrix was randomly simulated.The indicators were dimensionally reduced and weighted based on the information contribution rate,and then the cloud model was established using Matlab to identify the risk levels of the intellectual property financial risk indicators,realizing the transformation of data from quantitative to qualitative and further to visualization.From the perspectives of how big data contributes to the construction of an intellectual property financial system,the formation of an intellectual property pricing mechanism,and the full-process and all-round prevention and control of financial risks,this paper puts forward a vision for the healthy development and risk prevention of intellectual property finance.
