摘要
目的比较高频电容场与外剥内扎手术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析219例混合痔患者的临床资料,将患者分为两组。观察组110例,采用高频电容场治疗;对照组109例,采用外剥内扎手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后创面情况和术后并发症的发生率。术后随访1年,记录复发情况。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后创面疼痛比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间术后创面水肿比例和创面愈合时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组术后均无复发病例。结论与外剥内扎手术比较,高频电容场治疗混合痔临床疗效较好。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of high-frequency capacitance field with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 219patients with mixed hemorrhoids,who were treated with highfrequency capacitance field(study group,110cases)or with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(control group,109cases).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative wound condition,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.The patients were followed up for one year after operation,in which relapse was recorded.Results Compared to the control group,the study group had shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,and lower proportion of postoperative wound pain(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in proportion of postoperative wound edema and wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no recurrence cases after surgery in both groups.Conclusion Compared to Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,high-frequency capacitance field has better clinical efficacy.
