摘要
目的:探讨自动弹力线痔疮套扎混合器(RPH-4)联合肛肠科综合治疗仪(HCPT)治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:回顾2020年1月至2021年10月启东市第三人民医院肛肠科收治的115例环状混合痔患者资料,其中60例应用RPH-4联合HCPT治疗(观察组),55例应用HCPT治疗(对照组)。比较2组临床总体疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、术后近期并发症(肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、排尿障碍、便血)、创面愈合时间、术后远期后遗症(肛门狭窄)、术后6个月复发情况等。结果:2组在总有效率、术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、排尿障碍、便血、肛门狭窄及复发情况方面差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。在术中出血量、住院时间、创面愈合时间方面,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组手术时间长于对照组,P<0.05。结论:RPH-4联合HCPT治疗环状混合痔安全可行,具有术中出血少、住院时间短、愈合时间短等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of RPH-4combined with HCPT in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids(CMH).Methods Reviewed the data of 115CMH patients treated in author’s hospital(2020-01-2021-10),included 60cases received RPH-4plus HCPT therapy(as observation group)and another 55cases only received HCPT therapy(as control group);then,compared both groups’whole effect,operating time,introperative bleeding volume,postoperative short-term complication(anus pain,ano-edge edema,urination dysfunction,hematochezia),wound-surface healing time,postoperative long-term legacy(anal stenosis),and the status on recurrence 6months after surgery,etc.Results In total effective rate,as well as anus pain,ano-edge edema,urination dysfunction,hematochezia,anal stenosis and recurrence status there was no statisticall difference between the two groups(P>0.05);in intraoperative bleeding volume,wound-surface healing time and hospitalization time observation group was superior to control group(P<0.05);the operating time of observation group was longer than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of RPH-4plus HCPT for CMH is safe and feasible,with such merits as less intraoperative bleeding volume,shorter hospitalization time,and faster wound-surface healing.
