摘要
目的探究康复新液联合马应龙痔疮膏治疗外痔手术患者的临床疗效。方法选择2022年9月—2024年12月期间福建师范大学医院收治的108例进行外痔手术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组术后采用康复新液外敷治疗,观察组术后采用康复新液联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、创面愈合、疼痛程度、炎症因子和生活质量。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组创面水肿、肉芽生长、渗液评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d和2周后,观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组创面渗出液中的白细胞介素-1β(interleukin,IL-1β)、IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白(monocyte chemoattractant protein,MCP-1)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组SF-36量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外痔患者术后应用康复新液联合马应龙痔疮膏治疗的效果优于单药,可有效降低疼痛、抑制炎症、加速创面愈合,从而改善生活质量。
Objective To reveal the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Mayinglong Hemorrhoid Ointment in the treatment of patients with external hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent external hemorrhoid surgery in Fujian Normal University Hospital from September 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 54 patients in each group.The control group received external application of Kangfuxin solution after surgery,while the observation group received external application of Kangfuxin solution combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Hemorrhoids Ointment.The efficacy,wound healing,pain level,inflammatory factors,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Two weeks after treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of wound edema,wound granulation growth,and wound exudate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The visual analogue scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 7 days and 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-17,TNF-α,and MCP-1 in wound exudate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 week after treatment(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatment,all dimension scores of the SF-36 scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative application of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Mayinglong Hemorrhoid Ointment is more effective than monotherapy for external hemorrhoid patients.It can effectively reduce pain,inhibit inflammation,accelerate wound healing,and thus improve quality of life.
