摘要
本文针对高速公路路面就地热再生技术使用寿命的定量评价问题,应用数据挖掘技术,基于某地区高速公路路面就地热再生实施路段数据,对就地热再生技术的养护时效及其关键影响因素进行了综合评估。结果表明:该技术养护效果离散性大,平均养护时效约5年;生存分析显示其长期性能欠佳,25%分位值下的使用寿命仅为8.58年;原路面服役时间、交通流量以及中面层沥青是否采用改性材料是影响该技术效果的关键因素。该技术更适用于原路面服役时间短、交通等级重及以下,且中面层采用改性沥青的路段,以期实现更长的养护周期和更优的路面性能。
To quantitatively evaluate the service life of the in-place hot recycling technology among highway pavement maintenance measures,data mining techniques were applied to comprehensively assess the maintenance duration and its key influencing factors based on the in-place hot recycling data from a specific region highway.The results indicated that the technology’s maintenance effect exhibited significant dispersion.The average maintenance duration was approximately 5 years.Survival analysis further revealed its suboptimal long-term performance,with a service life of merely 8.58 years at the 25th percentile.The key factors influencing the technology’s effectiveness were identified as the service time of the original pavement,traffic volume,and whether modified materials were used for the middle asphalt layer.This technology is more suitable for sections with short service times of the original pavement,heavy traffic levels and below,and modified asphalt utilized in the middle layer,aiming to achieve longer maintenance cycles and superior pavement performance.
