青藏地区沥青路面多功能养护车吊臂的设计 被引量:7

摘要 针对青藏地区沥青路面的快速养护需求而现有养护设备应用受限的问题,提出开发小型快速多功能养护车以提高养护质量和养护效率。分析寒区二级公路的养护需求,提出以冷补料为养护材料,以东风卡车DF140为平台,设计集成沥青路面切割、破碎、清缝、冷补料二次加热搅拌和压实等功能的快速多功能沥青路面养护车。以700 mm的安全距离分析了4种起吊方案,确定了电动卷扬的侧面起吊方案,设计了臂度和臂长均为1 600 mm的吊臂结构,并以300 kg的起吊重量对吊臂进行了倾翻分析和结构强度分析。实验结果表明,抗倾翻力矩与倾翻力矩之比大于16,起吊最大变形量为1.98 mm,验证了吊臂的结构稳定性。研究的小型快速多功能养护车解决了高海拔低温地区快速养护的空白,对改善青藏高海拔地区的工人作业和提高养护效率意义重大。 According to the fast maintenance requirement of asphalt pavement and the constrained application of large scale maintenance truck in Qinghai-Tibet area, a small scale multifunctional road maintenance truck was designed to solve the problems and to improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance road. On the analysis of secondary level road requirement, cold patch asphalt mixture was chosen as the maintenance material. Based on the platform of DF140 vehicle, multifunctional road maintenance truck was designed with the function of asphalt pavement cutting, crushing, seam clearing, compacting, cold patch heating and tools lifting up and down. In order to solve the fast tool lifting problem, four lifting means with 700 mm safety gap were compared and electric hoist with side lift method was used to design the lifter. With the maximum lifting weigh of 300 kg, the stabili-ty and structure stress of the lifter were analyzed. The results indicated that the ratio of anti-tilting torque and tilting torque is 16 and the maximum displacement is 1.98 mm. The lifter has high anti-overturning stability, high structural strength and rigidity, and is suitable for application in mainte-nance truck. The development of small scale multifunctional road maintenance truck solves the prob-lems of fast maintenace requirement in high altitude with seansonal frost environment area and is of great significance to improve the worker's condition and improve maintenance efficiency.
