摘要
文章系统梳理和分析了马王堆医书中所蕴含的熨法,旨在深入挖掘其学术价值和特色,为现代中医熨法研究和实践提供经验和启示。文章以马王堆医书熨法思想的起源为基础,综合探析其中的熨法相关记载,提炼并总结其四大学术特色:一是地域文化特色凸显,反映了古代地方医学实践的智慧;二是熨式多样,体现了古朴而实用的治疗理念;三是施熨过程讲求顺序,以透汗为起效指征;四是方药的选择和使用充分考虑了不同疾病的特点,体现了辨病和辨证论治的医学智慧。
This article systematically sorts out and analyzes the ironing contained in Mawangdui medical books,aiming to deeply explore their academic value and characteristics,and provide experience and inspiration for the research and practice of modern Chinese medicine ironing.Based on the origin of the Mawangdui medical books'ironing theory,this article comprehensively analyzes the relevant records of ironing,extracts and summarizes its four major academic characteristics.Firstly,the prominent regional cultural characteristics reflect the wisdom of ancient local medical practices.Secondly,the diverse ironing methods reflect the ancient and practical therapeutic philosophy.Thirdly,when ironing,emphasis should be placed on order,with sweating as the indication of effectiveness.Fourthly,the selection and use of formula and medicine fully consider the characteristics of different diseases,reflecting the medical wisdom of disease and syndrome differentiation treatment.
