摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识是贯穿新时代党的民族工作和民族地区各项工作的鲜明主线。从理论逻辑来看,铸牢中华民族共同体意识“主线论”得益于马克思主义理论的科学指导、中华优秀传统文化的浸润滋养、中国共产党人民族工作实践的智慧汲取。从价值逻辑来看,铸牢中华民族共同体意识“主线论”是维护中华民族根本利益的必然要求,是开创党的民族工作新局面的科学指南,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的行动纲领,是推动构建人类命运共同体的中国智慧和中国方案。从实践逻辑来看,聚焦主线必须坚持以经济建设夯实物质基础,以政治建设强化政治引领和法治保障,以文化建设凝聚思想共识,以社会建设汇聚同心合力,以生态文明建设巩固绿色支撑,以党的建设领航根本方向。
Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the distinct main line of the Party's ethnic work and all other endeavors in ethnic areas in the new era.In terms of theoretical logic,the"main line theory"of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is underpinned by the scientific guidance of Marxist theory,nourished by fine traditional Chinese culture,and informed by the wisdom drawn from the CPC's practical experience in ethnic work.In terms of value logic,the"main line theory"of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is an inevitable requirement for safeguarding the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation,a scientific guide for breaking new ground in the Party's ethnic work,a blueprint for realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,and a demonstration of Chinese wisdom and solution in advancing the building of a global community of shared future.From the perspective of practical logic,focusing on the central task requires that we should strengthen the material foundation through economic development,enhance political guidance and legal safeguards through political advancement,foster ideological consensus through cultural development,pool collective strength through social initiatives,consolidate green underpinnings through ecological conservation,and steer the fundamental direction through Party building.
