摘要
熨疗是中医传统常用外治方法,通过查阅《中华医典》和现代文献进行整理研究熨疗中的药熨疗法,对其进行了贯古通今的概况探究。本研究由渊至流,理论结合临床应用,系统梳理《内经》理论中熨疗的适应范围、5个取效关键点、刺熨先后顺序和内外妇儿各科应用情况,总结临床的用药规律,即“通、消、补、运、利、宣、达、安”8法,有助于提高临床应用熨法的疗效,扩大临床熨疗的治疗范围,从而更好的服务临床实践。将熨疗进行系统研究对现代临床各科普及外治法具有积极意义。
Ironing is a traditional foreign treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine.By consulting the Chinese Medical Code and modern literature to study the pharmaceutical ironing therapy in ironing,it explores the ancient situation and the present.This study ranged from profound to current,theory combined with clinical application,systematically sorted out the adaptation range of ironing in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,5 key points,effect and acupuncture order,and the application of maternal and external women and children;it summarized the clinical drug use rules,the 8 methods of"communication,elimination,elimination,supplement,transportation,benefit,publicity,reach and safety".It helps to improve the efficacy of clinical application,expand the treatment scope of clinical iron,and thus better serve patients and provide reference for clinical practice.Systematic research of iron has positive significance to the popularization of external treatment in all modern clinical departments.
