摘要
目的:分析基于荧光标记法的综合管理模式在医院多重耐药菌防控管理中的应用效果。方法:将江苏省无锡市惠山区中医医院2023年4—12月收治的316例多重耐药菌感染患者纳入对照组,将2024年1—9月收治的436例多重耐药菌感染患者纳入观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施基于荧光标记法的综合管理模式。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组荧光标记清除率高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组医务人员隔离医嘱及时下达、隔离标识正确放置、物品专用、环境彻底清洁消毒落实率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医务人员进入隔离区前、离开隔离区后手卫生依从性高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:基于荧光标记法的综合管理模式在医院多重耐药菌防控管理中的应用效果显著,可提高荧光标记清除率及医护人员多重耐药菌防控管理措施落实率、手卫生依从性。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of the comprehensive management model based on fluorescence labeling method in the prevention and control management of multi-drug resistant bacteria in hospitals.Methods:A total of 316 patients with multi-drug resistant bacterial infections admitted to Jiangsu Province Wuxi City Huishan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to December 2023 were included in the control group,and 436 patients with multi-drug resistant bacterial infections admitted from January to September 2024 were included in the observation group.The control group received conventional management,while the observation group implemented a comprehensive management model based on the fluorescence labeling method.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clearance rate of fluorescent labels in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The implementation rates of timely issuance of isolation medical orders by medical staff,correct placement of isolation signs,dedicated use of items,and thorough cleaning and disinfection of the environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in the observation group before entering the isolation area and after leaving it was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The comprehensive management model based on fluorescence labeling method has a significant application effect in the prevention and control management of multi-drug resistant bacteria in hospitals,which can improve the clearance rate of fluorescence labeling,the implementation rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria prevention and control management measures among medical staff,and their compliance with hand hygiene.
