摘要
目的 探讨风险管理模式应用于精神科住院患者院内感染管理中的效果。方法 选取2023年6月—2024年6月龙岩市第三医院收治的400例精神科住院患者和100名医护人员为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,各200例住院患者和50名医护人员。参照组采取常规管理方案,试验组执行风险管理模式。分析2组医院感染控制质量、医院感染发生率。结果 试验组医护人员安全注射执行合格率、手卫生依从性合格率、防护用品使用合格率分别为94.00%、94.00%、96.00%,均高于参照组的76.00%、74.00%、76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组医院感染总发生率为3.00%(6/200),低于参照组的9.50%(19/200),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 精神科住院患者院内感染管理期间,以风险管理为对策能够降低医院感染发生率,提升医院感染管理控制质量。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the risk management model in the management of nosocomial infections among inpatients in psychiatry department.Methods A total of 400 inpatients in the department of psychiatry and 100 medical staff admitted to the Third Hospital of Longyan from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 200 inpatients and 50 medical staff in each group.The reference group was treated with the usual management scheme,while the experimental group was treated with the risk management model.The quality of hospital infection control and the incidence of hospital infection were analyzed.Results The qualified rates of safe injection implementation,hand hygiene compliance and protective equipment use of medical staff in the experimental group were 94.00%,94.00%and 96.00%respectively,which were all higher than 76.00%,74.00%and 76.00%in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group was 3.00%(6/200),which was lower than 9.50%(19/200)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of nosocomial infection management for inpatients in psychiatry department,taking risk management as a countermeasure can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and improve the quality of nosocomial infection management and control.
