摘要
数字经济具有较高的经济效率和较强的绿色属性,探究数字经济对农业生态效率的影响,对促进农业生态建设和推动乡村振兴都具有重要意义。论文基于2011—2022年的省级数据,采用超效率SBM模型对各省份农业生态效率进行测度,通过空间杜宾模型、中介效应模型和门槛回归模型实证分析了数字经济对农业生态效率的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)数字经济对农业生态效率存在显著促进作用且具有空间溢出特征。(2)土地规模经营、农村人力资本积累和农业技术进步发挥了中介作用,是数字经济促进农业生态效率得以提高的重要路径。(3)数字经济显著提高了农业生态效率,且该影响呈现边际效应递增趋势。(4)东部和西部地区各省份数字经济发展对周边地区农业生态效率提升存在促进作用,且西部地区最为明显。基于此,在继续放大“数字红利”的同时,要注意区域间协调发展,全面推动农业可持续发展。
Digital economy has high economic efficiency and strong green attributes.Exploring the impact of digital economy on agricultural ecological efficiency is of great significance to promote agricultural ecological construction and rural revitalization.Based on the provincial data from 2011 to 2022,this paper uses the super-SBM model to measure the agricultural eco-efficiency of each province,and empirically analyzes the impact of digital economy on agricultural eco-efficiency and its mechanism through the spatial Durbin model,the intermediary effect model and the threshold regression model.The results show that:(1)Digital economy has a significant promotion effect on agricultural eco-efficiency and has the characteristics of spatial spillover.(2)Large-scale land management,rural human capital accumulation and agricultural technological progress play an intermediary role,which is an important path for digital economy to promote the improvement of agricultural ecological efficiency.(3)The digital economy has significantly improved the agricultural ecological efficiency,and the marginal effect is increasing.(4)The development of digital economy in the eastern and western provinces has a promoting effect on the improvement of agro-ecological efficiency in the surrounding areas,and the western region is the most obvious.Based on this,we should continue to enlarge the“digital dividend”at the same time,pay attention to the coordinated development among regions,and comprehensively promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
