摘要
作为农业产业链的核心环节,饲料行业对保障粮食安全与乡村振兴具有重要意义。然而,当前饲料行业发展面临诸多挑战。在此背景下,金融科技与供应链金融的深度融合为饲料企业数字化转型提供了关键支撑。其核心优势在于优化融资流程、降低成本及增强供应链协同性。因此,本文从供应链金融视角提出四大赋能路径,有效破解了饲料企业转型难题,为构建融资、运营、风控、资金一体化管理体系提供实践指引,为乡村振兴战略实施提供理论参考。
As a core link in the agricultural industry chain,the feed industry is of great significance for ensuring food security and rural revitalization.However,the current development of the industry is facing many challenges.In this context,the deep integration of financial technology and supply chain finance provides key support for the digital transformation of feed enterprises.Its core advantages lie in optimizing financing processes,reducing costs,and enhancing supply chain synergy.Therefore,this article proposes four empowerment paths from the perspective of supply chain finance:financing channels that rely on industry chain data to carry out accounts receivable financing,IoT-based dynamic supervision of inventory pledges,and order financing;optimizing procurement management through cross-subject information-sharing platforms and improving production efficiency through intelligent monitoring systems for supply chain collaboration;building a market risk warning model and a multidimensional credit evaluation system using big data for risk prevention and control;building a digital fund monitoring platform to achieve optimization of fund allocation and collaboration of business processes.Research shows that this path can effectively solve the transformation problems of feed enterprises,provide practical guidance for building an integrated management system of financing,operation,risk control,and funds,providing theoretical reference for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
