摘要
文章以河南省境内黄河干流某段堤防工程为依托,针对其运行超50 a面临的水流冲刷、渗流潜蚀、生物洞穴及人类活动损害等典型病害隐患,系统构建了堤防一体化管理体系。通过三级巡查机制与数字化平台相结合,实现病害的精准识别与实时预警,同时提出针对性维修技术,如采用级配块石回填冲刷坑、格宾石笼加固坡脚,可将堤防抗冲能力提升至4.5 m/s,实际应用混凝土预制块护坡面积达12 hm^(2)。结果表明,该维修养护管理体系将年均隐患响应时间缩短至2 h内,预防性修复比例达85%,显著提升了工程安全韧性。
Based on the embankment engineering in a section of the main stream of the Yellow River in Henan Province,this paper systematically establishes an integrated management system for embankment in view of the typical defect hazards such as water erosion,seepage erosion,biological burrows and damage from human activities faced by its operation for more than 50 years.Through the combination of the three-level inspection mechanism and the digital platform,the accurate identification and real-time early warning of the defects are realized.At the same time,the targeted maintenance technologies are put forward.For example,using graded block stones to backfill scour pits and gabion stone cages to reinforce slope toes can improve the antiscour capability of the embankment to 4.5 m/s,and the slope protection area with the prefabricated concrete block reaches 12 hm^(2).The results show that the maintenance management system shortens the average annual hazard response time to less than 2 h,and the preventive repair ratio reaches 85%,which significantly improves the safety resilience of the engineering.
