当归提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及免疫功能的影响

Effects of angelica sinensis extract(ASE)on the production performance,egg quality and immune function of laying hens

摘要 文章旨在研究当归提取物(Angelica Sinensis Extract,ASE)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及免疫功能的影响。试验选择40周龄左右的产蛋高峰期海兰灰蛋鸡400只,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复50只。CON组饲喂基础日粮,ASE组饲喂基础日粮+500 mg/kg当归提取物。试验为期8周。结果显示:与CON组相比,1)ASE组产蛋率显著提高5.06%(P<0.05),平均日产蛋量显著提高5.24%(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低5.07%(P<0.05)。2)ASE组蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳黄度b*和浓蛋清高度均显著提高(P<0.05)。3)ASE组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,当归提取物能够提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋品质和免疫功能。 This study was conducted to investigate effects of ASE on the production performance,egg quality and immune function of laying hens.A total of 400 Hy-Line Gray laying hens at around 40 weeks of age during the peak period of egg production were randomly divide into 2 groups,with 4 replicates per group and 50 hens per replicate.The CON group was fed a basal diet,and the ASE group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg ASE.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.Results:1)the laying rate of the ASE group was significantly increased by 5.06%(P<0.05),the average daily egg production was significantly increased by 5.24%(P<0.05),and the feed-to-egg ratio was significantly reduced by 5.07%(P<0.05).2)The eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,eggshell yellowness b*and thick albumen height of the ASE group were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)The IgG content of the ASE group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the TNF-αcontent was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,ASE can enhance the production performance of laying hens,improve the egg quality and immune function.
