博落回提取物对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及免疫功能的影响

Impacts of macleaya cordata extract on production performance,egg quality,and immune function of laying hens in the late laying stage

摘要 文章旨在探究博落回提取物对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及免疫功能的影响,试验选取576只56周龄、健康且产蛋性能相近的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组(每组6个重复,每个重复24只)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加100、150、200 mg/kg博落回提取物。试验为期47 d,其中预试验7 d,正式试验期40 d。结果显示:(1)产蛋后期蛋鸡日粮中添加150、200 mg/kg博落回提取物,产蛋率和平均产蛋量显著提高(P<0.05),产蛋率比对照组分别提高23.37%、10.85%,平均产蛋量分别提高13.26%、7.91%;添加100、150、200 mg/kg博落回提取物,料蛋比和死淘率显著降低(P<0.05),料蛋比较对照组分别降低8.37%、13.31%、5.32%,死淘率分别降低30.10%、46.84%、35.68%;(2)饲料中添加150和200 mg/kg的博落回提取物后,产蛋后期蛋鸡的蛋壳强度和哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05)。添加100、150和200 mg/kg的博落回提取物后,产蛋后期蛋鸡的蛋黄颜色较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);(3)饲料中添加100、150和200 mg/kg的博落回提取物后,产蛋后期蛋鸡血清内免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 :产蛋后期蛋鸡饲料中添加适量博落回提取物可显著促进其生产性能、产蛋品质及免疫功能;本试验条件下,最适添加剂量为150 mg/kg。 This study explored how Macleaya cordata extract affects the production,egg quality,and immunity of latelaying hens.We randomly divided 576 healthy,56-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens with similar laying performance into 4 groups,each having 6 replicates of 24 hens.The control group was fed with a basal diet,whereas the remaining three experimental groups were provided with basal diets added with 100 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,and 200 mg/kg of the extract respectively.The entire trial lasted for 47 days,which consisted of a 7-day preliminary trial phase and a 40-day formal trial phase.The findings showed that:1)Adding 150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg of Macleaya cordata extract significantly boosted(P<0.05)the laying rate(by 23.37%and 10.85%)and average egg production(by 13.26%and 7.91%)of late-laying hens.The feed-to-egg ratio dropped by 8.37%,13.31%,and 5.32%,and the mortality/culling rate fell by 30.10%,46.84%,and 35.68%with 100 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,and 200 mg/kg supplementation,respectively.2)Supplementing with 150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg of the extract notably improved(P<0.05)eggshell strength and Haugh unit in late-laying hens.Yolk color also significantly increased(P<0.05)with 100 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,and 200 mg/kg supplementation.3)Adding 100 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,and 200 mg/kg of Macleaya cordata extract significantly raised(P<0.05)serum IgG,IgM,and IL-10 levels in late-laying hens.Conclusion:Including an appropriate amount of Macleaya cordata extract in the diet of late-laying hens significantly enhances their production,egg quality,and immunity.The optimal dose in this trial was 150 mg/kg.
