摘要
试验旨在研究由益母草、当归、川芎、桃仁、干姜、甘草组成的复方中药提取物对兴文乌骨鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化能力的影响。选用健康状态良好且体重基本一致的363日龄兴文乌骨鸡480只,产蛋率约为46.28%,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加500、1 000、1 500 mg/kg复方中药提取物的饲粮。阳性组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加4.3 mL/kg地锦草穿心莲复方口服液的饲粮。预试期1周,正式期6周。结果表明:与对照组相比,500、1 000、1 500 mg/kg复方中药提取物组的产蛋率显著增加(P<0.05);阳性、1 000、1 500 mg/kg复方中药提取物组的平均蛋重显著增加(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,500 mg/kg复方中药提取物组兴文乌骨鸡产蛋后期的种蛋蛋形指数显著降低(P<0.05);阳性组兴文乌骨鸡产蛋后期的种蛋蛋壳厚度显著增加(P<0.05);阳性组和1 000 mg/kg复方中药提取物组兴文乌骨鸡产蛋后期的种蛋哈氏单位显著增加(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,500、1 000、1 500 mg/kg复方中药提取物组兴文乌骨鸡产蛋后期的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提升(P<0.05)。在该试验条件下,兴文乌骨鸡产蛋后期饲粮中复方中药提取物的适宜添加水平为1 000 mg/kg。
The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of compound Chinese medicine extract consist⁃ing of Herba Leonuri,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Semen Persicae,Rhizoma Zingiberis and Radix Glycyrrhizae on the production performance,egg quality and antioxidant capacity of Xingwen black-bone silky fowl in the late laying stage.An one-way experimental design was adopted,480 Xingwen black-bone silky fowls of 363 days of age with good health and similar body weight,egg production rate of about 46.28%were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 16 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg of the compound Chinese medicine extract in the diet.The positive group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 4.3 mL/kg Herba Euphorbiae and Andrographis paniculata compound oral solution in the diet.The pretest period was 1 week and the official period was 6 weeks.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the egg production rate of 500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg compound Chinese medicine extract group increased significantly(P<0.05);the average egg weight of the positive group,1000 and 1500 mg/kg compound Chinese medicine extract group increased sig⁃nificantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the average egg weight of the 500 mg/kg compound Chinese medicine extract egg shape index was significantly reduced in the late stage of egg production of Xingwen black-bone silky fowl in the control group(P<0.05);eggshell thickness was significantly increased in the late stage of egg production of Xingwen black-bone silky fowl in the positive group(P<0.05);Haugh Unit of eggs in the late stage of egg production of Xingwen black-bone silky fowl in the positive group and the group with 1000 mg/kg of compound Chinese medicine extract had a significant increase(P<0.05).500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg compound Chinese medicine extract groups of Xingwen black-bone silky fowl in the late egg-laying period showed significant increase in serum superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment,the appropriate level of compound Chinese medicine extract in the diet of Xingwen black-bone silky fowl during the late laying period is 1000 mg/kg.
