摘要
试验旨在研究棉粕酶解肽对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质和抗氧化性能的影响。选用48周龄京粉6号蛋鸡168只,分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加100 g/t棉粕酶解肽。结果表明:与对照组相比,棉粕酶解肽组的产蛋率有所提高、料蛋比有所降低,但均无显著差异(P>0.05);棉粕酶解肽组蛋壳强度有所下降,而蛋白高度和哈夫单位有所提高;在第28天和第56天时,棉粕酶解肽组的蛋黄总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均有所提高,在第56天时棉粕酶解肽组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),而丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加100 g/t棉粕酶解肽对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋蛋白高度和哈夫单位有一定的改善效果,可提高蛋黄抗氧化性能,但降低了蛋壳强度。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of cottonseed meal protein hydrolysate(CMPH)on production performance,egg quality and antioxidant capacity of laying hens.A total of 168 Jing⁃fen No.6 laying hens at 48 weeks of age were divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 14 hens in each replicate.The control group was fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet,and the experimental diet was supplemented with CMPH at 100 g/t diet.The results showed that CMPH numerically increased laying rate and decreased feed-to-egg ratio,but no significant differences were observed(P>0.05).The CMPH group had lower eggshell strength but higher albumin height and Haugh unit.The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in yolk was numerically higher in the CMPH group at 28 d and 56 d.Supplementation of CMPH significantly increased superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and decreased malondialdehyde(MDA)content in yolk at 56 d.In conclusion,the addition of 100 g/t of CMPH improved production performance,egg albumin height and Haugh unit,enhanced antioxidant capacity of yolk,but reduced eggshell strength.
