牡蛎多糖对仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标和肠道形态结构的影响 被引量:1

Effects of oyster polysaccharide on growth performance,serum immune indices,and intestinal morphology in weaned piglets

摘要 文章旨在探讨不同添加量的牡蛎多糖对断奶仔猪生长表现、血清免疫指标及空肠组织形态的影响。试验将120头28日龄断奶仔猪[(7.56±0.38)kg]分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头猪,分别为对照组(CON,基础日粮)及200、400、600 mg/kg牡蛎多糖添加组(依次记为OPS-200、OPS-400、OPS-600组)。试验为期28 d。结果表明:与CON组相比,1)OPS-400和OPS-600组的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05)(分别提高9.8%和7.4%),同时料重比显著降低(P<0.05)(分别降低6.7%和4.9%);2)各试验组均显著诱导血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平的升高(P<0.05)。同时,在OPS-400组中观察到肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量被显著抑制(P<0.05);3)各试验组的绒毛高度、隐窝深度及绒隐比均得到显著优化(P<0.05),且所有改善指标均在OPS-400组达到峰值。结论 :日粮中添加牡蛎多糖可有效改善断奶仔猪的生长性能,增强免疫功能,促进空肠形态发育,在本试验条件下,以400 mg/kg添加水平效果最优。 This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with oyster polysaccharide(OPS)on growth performance,serum immunity,and jejunal morphology in weaned piglets.A total of 120 piglets(28 days of age,initial body weight 7.56±0.38 kg)were randomly assigned to four groups with five replicates per group and six piglets per replicate.The control group(CON)received a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 200,400,or 600 mg/kg OPS(designated as OPS-200,OPS-400,and OPS-600,respectively).The trial lasted 28 days.The results showed that,1)The OPS-400 and OPS-600 groups displayed superior growth performance relative to the CON group,characterized by a 9.8%and 7.4%increase in average daily gain and a 6.7%and 4.9%improvement in feed efficiency(P<0.05).2)Serum levels of IgG,IgA,and IL-2 were significantly elevated(P<0.05)in all OPS-supplemented groups,while TNF-αconcentration was markedly decreased(P<0.05)in the OPS-400 group;3)Jejunal morphology was profoundly improved in all OPS-treated groups,demonstrating greater villus height,lower crypt depth,and an elevated villus height to crypt depth ratio(P<0.05).These ameliorative effects reached their peak in the OPS-400 group.Therefore,dietary OPS supplementation effectively improved growth performance,enhanced immune function,and promoted jejunal morphological development in weaned piglets,with the optimal effects achieved at an inclusion level of 400 mg/kg.
