桑黄多糖对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肝脏脂质代谢的影响 被引量:1

The effects of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and liver lipid metabolism in piglets

摘要 文章旨在探究桑黄多糖(Phellinus linteus polysaccharides,PLP)对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肝脏脂质代谢的影响。试验将396头28 d二元(长×大)杂交猪随机分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复11头,试验日粮中分别添加0、120、240和480 mg/kg的PLP,预饲期3 d,正试期35 d。试验结果 :与PLP0组相比,PLP480组末重显著提高6.21%(P<0.05),PLP240和PLP480日增重显著提高4.86%和8.76%(P<0.05),PLP120~PLP480组日采食量分别显著提高3.61%、3.15%、3.44%(P<0.05),PLP480组料重比显著降低4.89%(P<0.05);PLP120~480组总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),PLP240和PLP480组甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),PLP480组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05);PLP480组仔猪肝脏TC含量显著降低(P<0.05),PLP240和PLP480组仔猪肝脏TG含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验结论 :PLP能促进仔猪生长、改善血清生化及肝脂代谢状况,在本试验条件下,以480 mg/kg的添加量效果最佳。 Experimental objective:This study aimed to investigate the effects of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and liver lipid metabolism in piglets.Experimental design:396(landrace×large)pigs at 28 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,9 replicates per groups and 11 pigs per replicate.PLP at doses of 0,120,240,and 480 mg/kg were added to the basic diet as experimental feed.Pre-trial for 3 days and main trial for 35 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the PLP0 group,the final weight of the PLP480 group significantly increased by 6.21%(P<0.05),the daily weight gain of the PLP240 and PLP480 groups significantly increased by 4.86%and 8.76%(P<0.05),and the daily feed intake of the PLP120 to PLP480 groups significantly increased by 3.61%,3.15%,and 3.44%,respectively(P<0.05).The feed to weight ratio of the PLP480 group significantly decreased by 4.89%(P<0.05);The TC content in the PLP120-480 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the TG and MDA content in the PLP240 and PLP480 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the T-AOC ability was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the LDL-C content in the PLP480 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05);The TC content in the liver of piglets in the PLP480 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the TG content in the liver of piglets in the PLP240 and PLP480 groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Experimental conclusion:PLP can promote piglet growth,improve serum biochemistry and liver lipid metabolism.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal dosage was 480 mg/kg.
