岩藻多糖对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态结构的影响

The effects of fucoidan on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and intestinal morphological structure in piglets

摘要 文章旨在研究岩藻多糖(Fucoidan,FD)对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态结构的影响。试验将540头28日龄的断奶仔猪(杜×长×大,7.69±0.34 kg)随机分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复15头。分别饲喂添加0%、0.15%、0.3%和0.6%的FD的试验日粮,预饲期3 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:与0%的FD组相比,0.3%和0.6%的FD组末重显著提高4.62%和5.06%(P<0.05),日增重显著提高8.48%和9.70%(P<0.05),采食量显著提高5.19%和4.27%(P<0.05);0.6%的FD组料肉比显著降低4.95%(P<0.05)。0.15%~0.6%的FD组血清尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05);0.6%的FD组总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05);0.3%和0.6%的FD组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。0.3%和0.6%的FD组仔猪空肠绒毛长度和绒隐比(V/C)值显著提高(P<0.05),0.6%的FD组回肠绒毛长度和V/C值也显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 :FD具有一定的缓解炎症反应,改善肠道形态结构,促进生长发育的功能,在本试验条件下,以0.6%的添加量效果最佳。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of fucoidan on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and intestinal morphological structure in piglets.A total of 54028-day-old weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire,7.69±0.34 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 9 replications per group and 15 pigs per replicate.They were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0%,0.15%,0.3%,and 0.6%FD,respectively.The trial consisted of a 3-day pre-trial and a 28-day main trial.The results showed that,compared to the 0%FD group,the 0.3%and 0.6%FD groups exhibited significantly higher final weights(4.62%and 5.06%,respectively)(P<0.05),daily weight gain(8.48%and 9.70%,respectively)(P<0.05),and feed intake(5.19%and 4.27%,respectively)(P<0.05);the 0.6%FD group also had a significantly lower feed-to-gain ratio(4.95%)(P<0.05).The 0.15%to 0.6%FD groups showed significantly reduced serum BUN content(P<0.05)and increased T-AOC capacity(P<0.05).The 0.6%FD group had significantly lower TC content(P<0.05)and higher IFN-γcontent(P<0.05).The 0.3%and 0.6%FD groups had significantly reduced IL-1β,TNF-α,and MDA content(P<0.05).The 0.3%and 0.6%FD groups also exhibited significantly increased jejunal villus length and V/C ratio(P<0.05),and the 0.6%FD group had significantly increased ileal villus length and V/C ratio(P<0.05).Conclusion:FD has certain anti-inflammatory effects,improves intestinal morphological structure,and promotes growth and development.Under the conditions of this trial,the optimal addition level is 0.6%.
