沙棘多糖对应激肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响

Effects of hippophae polysaccharides on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indicators of stressed broilers

摘要 本研究旨在探究沙棘多糖对应激肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用120只健康状况良好、体重均匀的35日龄皖南三黄鸡,经过7 d的适应期后随机分为4组,对照组和应激组饲喂基础日粮,0.1%和0.3%沙棘多糖组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%和0.3%的沙棘多糖。其中应激组、0.1%和0.3%沙棘多糖组分别在65、67和69日龄时按每千克体重3 mg的剂量通过腹部皮下注射地塞米松磷酸钠(1 mg/mL),对照组注射等量生理盐水。试验为期28 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,应激组的平均日增重、平均日采食量均显著下降1.87%和0.64%(P<0.05),料重比显著升高1.23%(P<0.05),同时血清总蛋白质水平、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及尿素氮浓度显著上升(P<0.05)。与应激组相比,0.1%和0.3%沙棘多糖组的平均日增重显著升高1.10%和2.25%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低1.52%和1.52%(P<0.05),0.3%沙棘多糖组的平均日采食量显著升高0.56%(P<0.05),而0.1%和0.3%沙棘多糖组的血清总蛋白含量和血清尿素氮含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,地塞米松应激可导致皖南三黄鸡生产性能显著下降,而添加沙棘多糖能有效缓解这一不良影响,且以0.3%的添加剂量效果最佳。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of Hippophae polysaccharides on the growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indicators of stressed broilers.A total of 120 healthy Wannan Yellow chickens at 35 days of age with uniform body weight were selected and randomly allocated into 4 groups after a 7-day acclimation period.The control group and stress group were fed a basic diet,while 0.1%and 0.3%Hippophae polysaccharides groups received the basic diet supplemented with 0.1%and 0.3%Hippophae polysaccharides,respectively.At 65,67 and 69 days of age,chickens in the stress group,0.1%and 0.3%Hippophae polysaccharides groups received 3 mg/kg body weight dexamethasone phosphate(1 mg/mL)through subcutaneous abdominal injections,while the control group was administered an equivalent volume of physiological saline.The experimental period lasted for 28 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the stress group had significantly reduced average daily gain and average daily feed intake by 1.87%and 0.64%(P<0.05),respectively,while the feed-weight ratio increased significantly by 1.23%(P<0.05).At the same time,serum levels of total protein,triglycerides,total cholesterol,and urea nitrogen also rose significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the stress group,the 0.1%and 0.3%Hippophae polysaccharides groups exhibited significant increases in average daily gain by 1.10%and 2.25%(P<0.05),respectively,and significant reductions in the feed-weight ratio by 1.52%and 1.52%(P<0.05),respectively.The 0.3%Hippophae polysaccharides group also showed a significant increase in average daily feed intake by 0.56%(P<0.05).Moreover,both the 0.1%and 0.3%Hippophae polysaccharides groups demonstrated significant decreases in serum total protein and urea nitrogen levels(P<0.05).These results indicate that dexamethasone-induced stress significantly impairs the growth performance of Wannan Yellow chickens,whereas dietary supplementation with Hippophae polysaccharides effectively mitigates these adverse effects,with the 0.3%dosage showing the best effect under the conditions of this experiment.
