摘要
文章旨在探究齐墩果酸对仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。试验将100头(28±3)日龄、体重为(7.16±0.93)kg的杜洛克×长白×大白三元杂交仔猪随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复5头,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)及添加50、100、200 mg/kg齐墩果酸的日粮,试验为期35 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加齐墩果酸显著提高了仔猪终末体重、平均日增重,并降低了料重比(P<0.05),其中100 mg/kg添加组效果最优,终末体重增加3.67%,料重比下降5.59%。养分表观消化率方面,齐墩果酸显著提高了粗蛋白、粗脂肪和总能的消化率(P<0.05),100 mg/kg组分别提高5.22%、4.31%和5.93%。同时,100 mg/kg组显著提高血清总蛋白含量(6.99%),同时降低甘油三酯(14.75%)、总胆固醇(2.70%)和谷草转氨酶(2.87%)水平(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加齐墩果酸可有效改善仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标,在本试验条件下,100 mg/kg添加量为最优水平。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of oleanolic acid on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and serum biochemical indices in weaned piglets.A total of 100 Duroc×Landrace×Large White weaned piglets with an initial age of 28±3 days and an initial body weight of 7.16±0.93 kg were selected for the experiment.The piglets were randomly assigned to 4 groups,with 5 pens per group and 5 piglets per pen.The groups were fed either a basal diet(control group)or the basal diet supplemented with 50,100,or 200 mg/kg oleanolic acid,respectively.The experimental period lasted for 35 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,dietary oleanolic acid supplementation significantly increased final body weight and average daily gain,and decreased the feed-to-gain ratio(P<0.05).The 100 mg/kg supplementation group exhibited the most favorable outcomes,with a 3.67%increase in final body weight and a 5.59%reduction in feed-to-gain ratio.Regarding nutrient apparent digestibility,oleanolic acid significantly improved the digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,and gross energy(P<0.05),with the 100 mg/kg group showing increases of 5.22%,4.31%,and 5.93%,respectively.Furthermore,the 100 mg/kg group significantly increased serum total protein levels by 6.99%and reduced serum triglyceride(14.75%),total cholesterol(2.70%),and aspartate aminotransferase levels(2.87%)(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of oleanolic acid effectively improves growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and serum biochemical profiles in weaned piglets.Under the conditions of this experiment,100 mg/kg is the optimal inclusion level.
