补饲放牧和全舍饲对羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响

Effects of supplementary feeding with grazing versus total confinement feeding on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of lambs

摘要 文章旨在研究补饲放牧和全舍饲对羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。试验选择200只60日龄左右,初重(28.63±1.02)kg的健康萨福克杂交羔羊,随机分为2组,每组100只(公母各半)。补饲放牧组采用补充料和放牧模式,全舍饲组采用全混合日粮(TMR)和全舍饲模式,2组羔羊自由采食和饮水,试验为期60 d。结果表明:1)与补饲放牧组相比,全舍饲组末重显著升高16.28%(P<0.05),且平均日增重和增重收益极显著提高52.78%(P<0.01)。2)与补饲放牧组相比,全舍饲组宰前活重、胴体重显著升高(P<0.05),头蹄占比显著降低(P<0.05)。3)全舍饲组b*黄度显著低于补饲放牧组(P<0.05),且失水率显著高于补饲放牧组(P<0.05)。全舍饲模式的育肥效果好,增重收益高,但羊肉品质相对较低。而补饲放牧模式的羊肉整体质量好,但育肥效果和增重收益相对欠缺。 This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of supplementary feeding with grazing and total confinement feeding on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of lambs.A total of 200 healthy Suffolk crossbred lambs,aged approximately 60 days with similar initial body weights(28.63±1.02 kg),were randomly divided into two groups,with 100 lambs per group(50 males and 50 females).The supplementary feeding with grazing group was fed with concentrate supplements combined with grazing,while the total confinement feeding group received a total mixed ration(TMR)under complete confinement.Lambs in both groups had ad libitum access to feed and water,and the experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that:1)Compared with the supplementary feeding with grazing group,the final body weight of the total confinement feeding group was significantly increased by 16.28%(P<0.05),and the average daily gain(ADG)and weight gain benefit were extremely significantly increased by 52.78%(P<0.01).2)Compared with the supplementary feeding with grazing group,the pre-slaughter live weight and carcass weight of the total confinement feeding group were significantly higher(P<0.05),while the proportion of head and hooves was significantly lower(P<0.05).3)The b*value(yellowness)of the total confinement feeding group was significantly lower than that of the supplementary feeding with grazing group(P<0.05),and the drip loss was significantly higher(P<0.05).In conclusion,the total confinement feeding mode exhibited superior fattening efficiency and higher weight gain benefits,but the meat quality was relatively lower.In contrast,the supplementary feeding with grazing mode produced lamb meat of overall better quality,but with relatively inferior fattening performance and weight gain benefits.
