摘要
为研究新疆若羌县罗布羊的生长发育规律及其体重与体尺相关性,选择放牧条件下0~12月龄健康状况良好的471只罗布羊,测量其体重、体长、体高、胸围、胸深、胸宽和管围,使用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行比较分析;利用生长曲线模型Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy进行拟合分析,并分析初生罗布羊公、母羊体重与体尺的相关性。结果表明0~12月龄罗布羊公、母羊体重和体尺均呈现出明显的增长趋势;不同月龄间公、母羊体重及体尺指标均差异显著(P<0.05);3种生长曲线模型均能较好地拟合罗布羊的生长发育规律(R2>0.95),其中Von Bertalanfy模型的拟合度高于Logistic和Gompertz模型,公、母羊体重拐点月龄分别为1.53月龄和1.61月龄;初生罗布公羊的体重与体长、胸围、胸宽、管围间均存在极显著正相关(P<0.01);母羊的体重与体长、体高、胸围、胸深间均存在极显著正相关(P<0.01),与胸宽呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。因此,在罗布羊品种选育过程中,应选择体长、胸宽和胸围指标优秀的绵羊进行培育。
To study the growth and development patterns of Lopnur sheep and their correlation between body weight and body size in Ruoqiang County,Xinjiang,471 healthy Lopnur sheep aged 0-12 months were selected under grazing condition.Their body weights,body lengths,body heights,chest circumferences,chest depths,chest breadths,and tube circumferences were measured.The data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software,employing growth curve models including Logistic,Gompertz,and Von Bertalanffy for fitting analysis,as well as to examine the correlation between body weight and body size of newborn male and female lambs.The results indicated that from 0-12 months of age,both male and female Lopnur sheep exhibited a significant growth trend in body weight and measurements.Significant differences were observed in the indicators of body weight and measurements between males and females across different months of age(P<0.05).The three growth curve models provided a good fit for the growth and development pattern of Lopnur lambs(R2>0.95),with the Von Bertalanffy model demonstrating a superior fit compared to the Logistic and Gompertz models.The inflection points for body weight in rams and ewes determined to be 1.53 and 1.61 months of age,respectively.A highly significant positive correlation was found between body weight and body length,chest circumference,chest width,and tube circumference in newborn Lopnur rams(P<0.01).Similarly,a highly significant positive correlation was observed between body weight and body length,body height,chest circumference,and chest depth in ewes(P<0.01),along with a significant positive correlation with chest width(P<0.05).Therefore,when selecting and breeding Lopnur sheep,it is recommended to choose males and females with excellent body length,chest width and chest depth indices.
