摘要
观察岩藻多糖对小鼠的免疫功能的影响。小鼠灌胃给予高、中、低3个剂量(0.1、0.2、0.5 g/kg)岩藻多糖,连续20 d,测定小鼠脾脏/体重比值、胸腺/体重比值、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能。高、中剂量组能显著提高小鼠脾脏/体重比值和胸腺/体重比值(P<0.05);高、中剂量组能显著增强小鼠细胞免疫功能(P<0.05));高剂量组能明显增强小鼠的体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能(P<0.05)。岩藻多糖对小鼠的免疫活性有显著的增强作用。
To investigate the effect of Fucoida on Mice immune function.Each group mice was taken Fucoida(0.1,0.2,0.5 g/kg) by intragastric administration for 20 days continuously.measured thymus/body weight ratio,cellular immunity,humoralimmunity,monocyte-macrophage function.The high and middle dosage groups could significantly increase the thymus/body weight ratio(P0.05);the high and middle dose can significantly enhance the ability of lymphocyte proliferation(P0.05);the high dose could significantly enhance the humrolimmune function,monocytes-macrophages function in mice(P0.05).Fucoida showed the effect to enhance the immune function of mice.
