Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of using the staged small feeding method in the care of neonatal feeding intolerance.Method:The research survey period was set from January 2023 to November 2024.The selected observation subjects were newborns born in our hospital with feeding intolerance.100 cases were collected and divided into different groups according to feeding patterns. The control group received routine feeding care, while the observation group received small amounts of feeding in batches. The growth status, recovery indicators, risk of complications, and serological related indicators of each group were compared.Result:Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the growth status of the two groups of newborns. After nursing, the height and weight values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05);Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly shorter recovery time for various physical indicators in newborns, and lower incidence of complications, with statistical results(P<0.05);After nursing, various serological indicators were improved, and the improvement of serological indicators in the observation group of newborns was better than that in the control group, with a difference value(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fractional feeding method in the care of neonatal feeding intolerance can not only improve the feeding situation of newborns, promote growth and development, but also ensure the health and safety of newborns, which is worthy of clinical adoption.
