摘要
痛风性关节炎是一种由尿酸代谢异常引起的炎症性关节疾病,在临床上较为常见。现代医学主要采用非甾体抗炎药、降尿酸等药物治疗痛风性关节炎,虽能快速控制急性症状,但存在不良反应风险,且难以解决根本病因。中医温病辨证体系中的“卫气营血”理论认为,其发生发展与“卫气营血”功能失调密切相关。近年来,基于该理论的临床与基础研究已初步展开,在病机阐释及有效方药挖掘整理方面取得了一定进展。但当前研究仍缺乏高质量、大样本试验。未来应以基于“卫气营血”理论治疗痛风性关节炎为研究方向,拓展痛风性关节炎的治疗方法。
Gouty arthritis is an inflammatory joint disease caused by abnormal uric acid metabolism and is relatively common in clinical practice.Modern medicine mainly uses non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,uric acid lowering and other drugs in treatment.Although they can quickly control acute symptoms,there is a risk of adverse effects and it is difficult to solve the root cause.The theory of"Wei Qi Ying Xue"in the syndrome differentiation system of febrile diseases in traditional Chinese medicine believes that its occurrence and development are closely related to the dysfunction of"Wei Qi Ying Xue".In recent years,the clinical and basic research based on this theory has been initially carried out,and certain progress has been made in the interpretation of pathogenesis and the exploration and sorting of effective prescriptions and drugs.However,current research still lacks high-quality,large-sample trials.In the future,the treatment of gouty arthritis based on the theory of"Wei Qi Ying Xue"should be taken as the research direction to expand the treatment methods of gouty arthritis.
