摘要
文章阐述了国医大师孙申田教授在治疗痛风性关节炎(GA)时运用调神针刺辨治的临床思维和针法特点。孙教授认为该病主要与禀赋不足、外邪入侵、饮食不节等因素有关,并强调针刺治疗时应以调神为要,神安痛减。在整体观念和经络辨证的理论指导下,运用经颅重复针刺刺激疗法(rTAS),通过选取百会、宁神、情感区调节脑神;选取神门、内关以调心神,加之配穴对症治疗,施以捻转调气,安神止痛。通过临床跟师学习、整理精选医案、总结心得体会等分析孙教授针刺辨治痛风性关节炎的临证经验,并列举临床验案加以佐证。
This paper elucidates the clinical thinking and acupuncture characteristics of Professor SUN Shentian,a national master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),in treating GA through“spirit-regulating acupuncture”.The disease described by Professor SUN is mainly related to factors such as insufficient endowment,external pathogens invasion,and dietary irregularities,emphasizing the principle of regulating the spirit during acupuncture treatment and calming the spirit to relieve pain.Under the guidance of holistic concept and meridian differentiation,repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation(rTAS)was used to regulate the brain spirit by selecting acupoints of Baihui,Ningshen and the emotional area,while Shenmen and Neiguan to harmonize heart spirit,combined with symptomatic adjunct acupoints.Techniques like twisting manipulation are utilized to regulate qi,tranquilize the mind,and relieve pain.Professor SUN’s clinical experience in treating GA with acupuncture was analyzed through clinical apprenticeships,analysis of selected medical cases,and summarization of insights,supported by clinical case studies.
