摘要
红色法治文化遗存蕴含着丰富的优秀传统文化、法治文化、红色文化、革命文化。本文界定了红色法治文化遗存的内涵与分类,指出其特性、价值与功能。在对河北省红色法治文化遗存进行系统研究的基础上,挖掘整理出河北省红色法治文化遗存名录,并从建设与管理、保护与利用、支持与协调三个维度探析河北省红色法治文化遗存可持续发展对策。
The relics of red rule of law culture are rich in excellent traditional culture,rule of law culture,red culture and revolutionary culture.This paper defines the connotation and classification of red legal culture relics,and points out their characteristics,values and functions.Based on a systematic study of the red rule of law culture relics in Hebei Province,a list of the red legal culture relics in Hebei Province was excavated and sorted out,and the sustainable development countermeasures of the red legal culture relics in Hebei Province were explored from three dimensions:construction and management,protection and utilization,and support and coordination.
