信息化背景下Seminar结合案例教学法在流行病学教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨信息化背景下Seminar结合案例教学法在流行病学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年10月通辽市人民医院2018级与2019级39名实习生为研究对象,将2019级19名实习生作为研究组,2018级20名实习生作为对照组。对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用Seminar结合案例教学模式。比较两组考核成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度。结果教学后,研究组理论成绩、操作成绩分别为(90.11±1.82)分、(86.47±2.53)分,均高于对照组的(87.55±1.23)分、(84.80±2.53)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=-5.150,-2.424;P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组自主学习能力评分及教学满意度均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论Seminar结合案例教学法在流行病学教学中取得较好的应用效果,可培养实习生自主学习能力,提升知识与技能水平并提高学习积极性和满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar combined with case teaching method in epidemiology teaching under the background of informatization.Methods From June 2023 to October 2024,thirty-nine interns of grade 2023 and grade 2024 in Tongliao People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.Nineteen students in the 2019 grade were used as the study group,and twenty interns in the 2018 grade were used as the control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted the Seminar combined with case teaching mode.The assessment results,self-learning ability and satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the theoretical and operational scores of the study group were 90.11±1.82 and 86.47±2.53 respectively,which were higher than 87.55±1.23 and 84.80±2.53 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=-5.150,-2.424;both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the self-learning ability score and teaching satisfaction of the study group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Seminar combined with case teaching method has achieved good application effect in epidemiology teaching,which can cultivate interns'autonomous learning ability,improve their knowledge and skills,and improve their learning enthusiasm and satisfaction.
