摘要
目的探究基于PDCA循环的医院感染管理质量改进效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年2月阿克苏地区中医医院的70名工作人员作为对照组,实施传统医院感染管理模式;2024年3月—2025年4月将同一批工作人员纳入观察组,实施基于PDCA循环的医院感染管理。对比两组手卫生质量、工作质量和管理满意度。结果观察组揉搓时间达标、步骤完整性、干燥效果、指甲清洁度评分分别为(19.57±0.22)分、(19.67±0.17)分、(19.62±0.20)分、(19.45±0.33)分,均高于对照组的(18.68±0.37)分、(18.46±0.29)分、(18.28±0.41)分、(18.38±0.21)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=17.298,30.116,24.576,22.887;P均<0.05)。观察组工作质量各维度评分及管理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环的医院感染管理模式能有效提高工作人员手卫生质量与工作质量,提升工作人员对医院感染管理的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of quality improvement in hospital infection management based on the PDCA cycle.Methods A total of seventy staff members from Aksu Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the control group,and the traditional hospital infection management model was implemented.The same group of staff members were included in the observation group from March 2024 to April 2025,and the hospital infection management based on the PDCA cycle was implemented.The hand hygiene quality,work quality and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of compliance with rubbing time,completeness of steps,drying effect,and nail cleanliness in the observation group were 19.57±0.22,19.67±0.17 and 19.62±0.20 and 19.45±0.33 respectively,which were higher than 18.68±0.37,18.46±0.29,18.28±0.41 and 18.38±0.21 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.298,30.116,24.576,22.887;all P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of work quality and management satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital infection management model based on the PDCA cycle can effectively improve the hand hygiene quality and work quality of staff,and enhance the staff's satisfaction with hospital infection management.
