摘要
目的研究PDCA循环管理模式应用于医护人员手卫生依从性和医院感染管理中的效果。方法选取2023年7—12月南京市职业病防治院感染管理科实施常规管理的医护人员50名为对照组,另选取2024年1—6月实施PDCA循环管理模式的同一批医护人员50名为观察组。对比管理效果。结果观察组院感管理质量评分中手卫生(19.15±0.44)分、安全管理(19.20±0.50)分、院感预防(19.14±0.25)分高于对照组的(18.43±0.35)分、(18.74±0.47)分和(17.36±0.54)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.055,4.740,21.152,P均<0.05);观察组接触患者前、无菌操作前洗手率高于对照组,观察组消毒质量高于对照组,观察组医务人员满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式可加强院感管理,提升医护人员手卫生依从性、满意度,保证消毒质量。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of applying the PDCA cycle management model to the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff and hospital infection management.Methods Fifty medical staff from the Infection Management Department of Nanjing Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Institute who implemented routine management from July to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and fifty medical staff of the same batch who implemented PDCA cycle management mode from January to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.Compare management effectiveness of two groups.Results In the observation group,the score of hand hygiene was 19.15±0.44,score of safety management was 19.20±0.50,and score of hospital infection prevention was 19.14±0.25,lower than 18.43±0.35,18.74±0.47,and 17.36±0.54 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.055,4.740,21.152,all P<0.05).The hand washing rate before contact with patients and sterile operations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the disinfection quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model can strengthen hospital infection management,improve the compliance and satisfaction of medical staff with hand hygiene,ensure disinfection quality.
