摘要
目的分析规范化管理在医院感染防控管理中应用的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2024年5月在甘肃省兰州市妇幼保健院工作的28名医护人员为研究对象,根据管理模式不同进行分组,2021年5月—2022年10月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2022年11月—2024年5月实施规范化管理,设为研究组,两组为同一批医护人员。比较两组医护人员综合能力、管理质量以及对管理的满意度。结果研究组医护人员综合能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组环境感染防控(93.12±1.41)分、医疗器械清洗消毒(93.65±1.29)分、院感防控服务质量(94.11±1.32)分、手卫生操作(93.41±1.38)分,高于常规组的(90.58±1.36)分、(90.42±1.26)分、(91.14±1.24)分、(90.56±1.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.861、9.478、8.678、8.099,P均<0.05)。研究组医护人员对规范化管理模式的满意度评分比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院感染防控管理中规范化管理模式应用效果显著,具有较高医院感染防控管理借鉴价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized management in hospital infection prevention and control management.Methods From May 2021 to May 2024,twenty-eight medical staff working in Lanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Gansu Province were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to different management modes.From May 2021 to October 2022,routine management was implemented and set as conventional group.From November 2022 to May 2024,standardized management was implemented as a research group,and the two groups were the same medical staff.The comprehensive ability,management quality and satisfaction with management of the two groups of medical staff were compared.Results The comprehensive ability score of medical staff in the research group were higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The environmental infection prevention and control,medical equipment cleaning and disinfection,hospital infection prevention and control service quality,and hand hygiene operation in the study group were 93.12±1.41,93.65±1.29,94.11±1.32,and 93.41±1.38,which were all higher than 90.58±1.36,90.42±1.26,91.14±1.24,and 90.56±1.25 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.861,9.478,8.678,8.099,all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of medical staff in the research group were higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of standardized management mode in hospital infection prevention and control management is remarkable,which has high reference value for hospital infection prevention and control management.
