摘要
目的探讨医院药品冷链精细化管理方案的应用价值。方法选取我院2022年1月-2023年12月冷链管理药品批次及相关临床科室人员为研究对象,按时间分组,2022年1月-12月实施常规管理为对照组,2023年1月-12月实施精细化管理方案为研究组。比较两组冷链合格率、异常处置及时率、药品消耗时间、取药花费时间及临床科室满意度。结果研究组冷链合格率和异常处置及时率均高于对照组(P<0.05);药品消耗时间和取药花费时间均少于对照组(P<0.001);在药品质量保障、冷链配送及时性、取药便利性、药师服务态度及信息沟通与反馈等维度,研究组满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论精细化管理方案能够有效提升医院药品冷链管理质量,优化药品使用效率,缩短临床取药时间,并提高临床科室满意度,具有较高推广应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a refined cold chain management scheme in hospital medication management.Methods Cold chain drug batches and clinical staff from our hospital between January 2022 and December 2023 were included.Conventional management applied from January to December 2022 served as the control group,while refined management implemented from January to December 2023 served as the study group.Cold chain compliance,timely handling of abnormal events,drug consumption time,retrieval time,and clinical staff satisfaction were compared.Results The study group demonstrated higher compliance and more timely handling of abnormalities(P<0.05);drug consumption and retrieval times were significantly shorter(P<0.001);satisfaction scores regarding drug quality,delivery timeliness,retrieval convenience,pharmacist service,and communication were all higher in the study group(P<0.001).Conclusion The refined management scheme improves cold chain quality,enhances drug use efficiency,reduces retrieval time,and increases clinical staff satisfaction,indicating strong potential for wider adoption.
