随着社会经济的快速发展和建筑行业的不断进步,新时期建筑工程施工面临着更高的要求和挑战。精细化管理作为一种科学、高效的管理理念和方法,在建筑工程施工中具有重要的应用价值。本文通过对新时期建筑工程施工精细化管理的内涵、特点和重要性进行分析,探讨了精细化管理在施工组织、质量控制、成本管理、安全管理等方面的具体应用策略,并提出了实施精细化管理的保障措施。旨在为提高建筑工程施工管理水平,促进建筑行业的可持续发展提供有益的参考。
With the rapid development of the social economy and continuous progress in the construction industry,construction engineering in the new era faces higher requirements and challenges.Refined management,as a scientific and efficient management philosophy and method,holds significant application value in construction engineering.This paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics,and importance of refined management in construction engineering in the new era and explores specific application strategies in construction organization,quality control,cost management,and safety management.It also proposes measures to ensure the implementation of refined management,aiming to improve the management level of construction engineering and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
