摘要
目的:探究高危药品闭环管理模式在用药安全风险控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—6月深圳市盐田区人民医院采用传统管理模式期间的高危药品25600份及参与满意度调查的医护人员150例为对照组,另选2023年7—12月采用高危药品闭环管理模式期间的高危药品25900份及参与满意度调查的医护人员150例为观察组。比较两组管理质量关键指标、工作效率、用药安全指标及医务人员满意度。结果:观察组存放合格率、标签规范率、盘点准确率高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组处方审核时间、调剂准备时间短于对照组(P<0.001),用药教育时间长于对照组(P<0.001);观察组调剂差错率、用法用量错误率、严重不良反应发生率及不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医务人员总满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:高危药品闭环管理模式在用药安全风险控制中的应用效果较好,可有效提高管理质量与工作效率,降低用药差错,保障用药安全,提高医务人员满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the closed-loop management model for high-risk drugs in the control of medication safety risks.Methods:Selecting twenty-five thousand and six hundred high-risk drug samples from Shenzhen Yantian District People's Hospital during the period from January to June 2023,when the traditional management model was adopted,and one hundred and fifty medical staff who participated in the satisfaction survey as the control group.Another twenty-five thousand and nine hundred high-risk drugs used during the period from July to December 2023 when the high-risk drug closed-loop management model was adopted,as well as one hundred and fifty medical staff who participated in the satisfaction survey,were selected as the observation group.The key management indicators,work efficiency,medication safety indicators and the satisfaction of medical staff between the two groups were compared.Results:The qualified storage rate,label standardization rate and inventory accuracy rate of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).The prescription review time and dispensing preparation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001),while the medication education time was longer in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).The error rate of drug dispensing,the error rate of usage and dosage,the incidence of serious adverse reactions,and the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The closed-loop management model for highrisk drugs has a good application effect in the control of medication safety risks.It can effectively improve the management quality and efficiency,reduce medication errors,ensure medication safety,and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff.
