摘要
目的探究基于PDCA循环药品管理模式对药品管理质量的影响。方法选取100例药房工作人员作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规药品管理方案,观察组采用PDCA循环药品管理模式。对比两组药房服务效率、给药差错情况、药品管理满意度评分及管理前后药品使用合格率。结果观察组药房药品盘点时间(1.30±0.42)d和取药时间(14.72±3.19)min明显短于对照组的(3.79±0.58)d、(19.66±4.58)min(P<0.05)。观察组给药差错率2.00%明显低于对照组的16.00%,药品管理满意度评分(8.19±0.61)分明显高于对照组的(6.35±0.59)分(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组药品使用合格率92.00%明显高于对照组的73.00%(P<0.05)。结论对于医院药品管理质量而言,对其应用基于PDCA循环药品管理模式,可有效减少药品盘点时间、给药时间,降低差错率,提高药房管理效率、药品管理满意度及药品使用合格率。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle based drug management model on the quality of drug management.Methods 100 cases of pharmacy staff were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional drug management program,and the observation group adopted the PDCA cycle based drug management model.Both groups were compared in terms of pharmacy service efficiency,drug administration errors,score of satisfaction with drug management and qualified rate of drug use before and after management.Results The time for pharmacy drug inventory time and medication retrieval were(1.30±0.42)d and(14.72±3.19)min in the observation group,which were significantly shorter than(3.79±0.58)d and(19.66±4.58)min in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,The drug administration error rate was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00%in the control group;the score of satisfaction with drug management was(8.19±0.61)points,which was significantly higher than(6.35±0.59)points in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the qualified rate of drug use in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 73.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle based drug management model can effectively reduce drug inventory time and drug administration time,lower error rate,improve pharmacy management efficiency,satisfaction with drug management and qualified rate of drug use.
