某轴流式止回阀开启特性试验研究及啸叫原因分析

摘要 针对轴流式止回阀在实际运行中可能存在的流通性能不佳及噪声等问题,本文通过开展水力学性能试验,对试验止回阀的流通能力及潜在问题进行研究分析。研究表明:试验止回阀在15.3 m^(3)/h流量时即开启,表现出良好的低流量响应特性;在278.1 m^(3)/h流量时达到全开状态,此时稳态流阻系数为2.3,流量系数达1053;当流量增至461.2 m^(3)/h时,出现明显的啸叫现象,经分析确认涡街共振是主因,并提出了解决噪声问题与改善轴流式止回阀流通性能的优化方案。本研究对于指导轴流式止回阀低能耗、低噪声设计具有重要意义。 Addressing the potential issues of poor flow performance and noise that may exist in axial flow check valves during actual operation,this paper conducts hydraulic performance tests to study and analyze the flow capacity and potential problems of the tested check valves.The research indicates that the tested check valve opens at a flow rate of 15.3 m^(3)/h,demonstrating good low-flow response characteristics.It reaches a fully open state at a flow rate of 278.1 m^(3)/h,with a steady-state flow re-sistance coefficient of 2.3 and a flow coefficient of 1053.When the flow rate increases to 461.2 m^(3)/h,a significant whistling phenomenon occurs.Through analysis,it is confirmed that vortex street reso-nance is the main cause,and optimization solutions to address the noise issue and improve the flow per-formance of axial flow check valves are proposed.This study is of great significance for guiding the design of axial flow check valves with low energy consumption and low noise.
