不同结构温控阀的流通能力对比分析

摘要 为了比较两种不同结构温控阀的流量系数,利用Fluent Mesh对温控阀流体计算域进行网格划分,之后利用求解器ANSYS Fluent进行仿真计算,得出两种温控阀的流量系统。通过对温控阀流通性能的研究,发现了影响其流通能力的关键因素是阀门的流通面积,该研究结果对温控阀的流通性能设计具有重要的指导意义。 To compare the flow coefficients of two distinct temperature-controlled valve structures,the fluid computational domain of these valves was meshed using Fluent Mesh.Subsequent simulation calculations were conducted with ANSYS Fluent,yielding two types of flow systems for the temperature-controlled valves.Through an analysis of the circulation performance of the temperature control valve,it was determined that the primary factor influencing its circulation capacity is the valve′s circulation area.This finding offers significant guidance for the design of the valve's circulation performance.
