大口径蝶阀内流特性的数值分析

摘要 对大口径蝶阀在不同开度下的稳态流场进行数值模拟分析,得到10~90°开度下的流场特征,绘制不同开度下压力损失系数和流阻特性曲线。结果表明,在开度小于60°的情况下,蝶阀流通性能大幅度下降,本研究可为蝶阀装置设备选型提供理论支撑。 Making use of numerical simulation analyze the steady flow field of large-diameter butterfly valves at different opening degrees was implemented to obtain flow field characteristics at 10-90°opening degrees and plot the curves of both the pressure loss coefficient and flow resistance characteristics there.The results show that,when the opening degree is less than 60°,the flow performance of the butterfly valve would be greatly reduced.This study can provide theoretical support for the selection of the butterfly valves.
