摘要
在高原低氧这种特殊生理环境应激下,心血管系统的稳态调节常面临巨大挑战,并且低氧是诱发心血管疾病的关键。其中,低氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)作为慢性低氧暴露下的常见疾病,其病理改变以肺血管动力学紊乱和结构重塑为核心特征,具体表现为肺血管收缩反应异常、血管壁增厚及平滑肌细胞增殖等器质性病变,最终形成持续性肺动脉压力升高的恶性循环。本文通过对HPH的造模方式、病理机制及治疗方法进行总结,为临床治疗HPH提供新思路。
The homeostatic regulation of the cardiovascular system often faces great challenges under the special physiological environmental stress of hypoxia in plateaus,and hypoxia is a key causative factor for cardiovascular diseases.Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension(HPH),as a common disease under chronic hypoxic exposure,is characterized by pulmonary vascular dynamic disorder and structural remodeling of the pulmonary vasculature and presents abnormal pulmonary vasoconstrictor response,vascular wall thickening and smooth muscle cell proliferation,which ultimately results in the persistent vicious circle of elevated pulmonary artery pressure.This paper provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of HPH by summarizing the modeling modality,pathological mechanisms and treatment methods of HPH.
